great location but lack of detail
The hiking trails nearby provided an excellent opportunity for exploration. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The overall decor felt a bit dated, which detracted from the experience.

Comfortable stay in a great location
I had a lovely weekend stay, especially with the location being perfect for hiking and visiting nearby Buriton. The Superior King Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view, and the coffee machine was a great touch. the breakfast could use more variety, especially for vegan options.

pleasant stay but missing a shower
The themed rooms add a charming touch to the experience. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a breakfast bag since we had an early departure.
The absence of a shower in our room made it less convenient for quick refreshment.

We had a lovely stay with a beautifully done room and a delicious steak dinner that was a steal at 2 for £45. The spa area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring and the cozy lounge was a great spot to relax. If I had to nitpick, the room was a bit on the small side, but overall, it was a wonderful experience! 😊

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family enjoyed two nights in a lovely superior king room. While the roll-top bath wasn't ideal for our showers, we appreciated the spaciousness. The dining experience could be enhanced with a self-serve tea station at breakfast to ease busy times.

Charming old-school vibes
We had a lovely stay! The twin room was super clean and nicely done up—loved how they mixed old charm with modern comfort. The reception staff were really friendly too. The bar area was a cozy spot after a long day. My only complaint? The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.
